About Me
Professional Consultant, Coach, Trainer & Notary
My name is Ke'Shawn Harper, Founder and Lead Consultant of Bridge Coaching & Consulting LLC, a small, minority and woman-owned coaching, consulting and professional services company with over 16 years of education, knowledge and skills. We specialize in Operations Consulting & Coaching and Small Business Startup, providing advisory and implementation services to assist clients in structuring and organizing day to day operations.

My focus areas include: financial coaching; operations and contract management; policy/regulatory development, oversight and interpretation; strategic planning; training and facilitation. Including over 13 years of state government level experience in contract oversight, qualitative and quantitative analysis, training, program integrity, policies and regulatory development and interpretation. I am a Virginia Notary Public, Certified SWaM Vendor, Certified Life Coach and a Certified Notary Signing Agent.

My educational background includes a Master of Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Community Counseling, Education and Research. Master Graduate Certifications in Public Administration & Policy; and Public Procurement & Contract Management. Bachelor of Arts with a focus in English Literature, Writing and Secondary Education. Skill related certifications in strategic planning, financial literacy and business startup. I am a Qualified Mental Health Professional registered with the state of Virginia.
